Are these garment measurements or body measurements?

Our size chart is in inches and as per body measurements.

 

My Chest size is as per size 36(M), but my waist size is 32(L) . Which measurement should I go with?

Most of the dresses fit loosely at the waist so in case of dresses and tops we recommend going with the chest size. However, with regards to the Bottoms such as skirts and pants we recommend picking the exact waist size.

 

Should I buy a bigger size as cottons usually shrink?

It is true that we use 100% cotton however, most fabrics we use are high quality and have minimal shrinkage. We keep a margin of 0.75 inches on each side for you to loosen up the garment in case there is any shrinkage.
