Exchange & Refunds old
We at Silayi make every garment with a lot of love and care. Our size charts are quite accurate and our brand is known for its fits. Minor color variations are possible because of different camera specifications.
The product can be exchanged if the size doesn’t fit you or if it doesn’t suit your body type.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE
- To initiate the exchange process kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product should be unused, unwashed & undamaged.
- We arrange for a return pick up within 7 working days of receiving the request (Please note in case reverse pick up is not available for a particular pin-code or area, customer will have to courier back the product to us) Once the product is received, exchange as requested will be dispatched.
- Products from ON SALE section & bought during sale period need to be self shipped to us by the client in case exchange needed. Address will be provided after receiving the request
- Size/product exchange is subject to availability. In case product has ran out of stock out we will provide you with a store credit which will be valid for 1 year. Please take note we don't do cash refunds.
- Custom made & modified products are not eligible for exchange or return
- Accessories such as textile accessories , scarves etc. are not eligible for exchange or return
- For International orders, shipping charges for exchanged products to be paid by the buyers
After trying the product if you feel it doesn't suit your style you and you currently don't wish to exchange it with another product you can return it back to us we can issue a store credit of the same amount with the validity for 1 year. We only provide refunds in form of store credits. Return request to be made within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for return pickup within 7 days of receiving the request
We ensure from our end that the products are checked before they are shipped but in an unfortunate circumstance if you happen to receive a product which is damaged or not the product you ordered kindly mail us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the product, so we can get the product picked and initiate the refund process
As quite a few of our products are make to order. We only accept cancellations if the cancellation request is made within 2 hours of ordering the product.
